The must-see valleys
- Ordesa and Monte Perdido: the flagship national park, with the Ordesa canyon and spectacular trails. Access to the valley is usually restricted in high season (a bus runs up from Torla).
- Benasque Valley: at the foot of the Aneto, the roof of the Pyrenees. Bigger mountains and beautiful villages.
- Tena Valley and the Hecho/Ansó Valley: green, peaceful and authentic.
- Aínsa: one of Spain's prettiest medieval villages, an essential stop.
